Ling Wang is an accomplished associate researcher specializing in veterinary microbiology, immunopharmacology, and traditional Chinese medicine–based antimicrobial innovation, with a strong track record of developing alternative anti-coccidial agents, advancing strategies against drug-resistant bacteria, and improving veterinary drug safety and efficacy evaluation. He has successfully led major scientific projects, including investigations into yeast-fermented botanical compounds for controlling Eimeria infections in poultry, targeted transdermal therapeutics for bovine mastitis, nanoliposome formulations to combat drug-resistant pathogens, and molecular identification systems for mastitis-related bacteria, while also contributing to collaborative programs involving artemisinin-based antibacterial sensitizers, novel veterinary drug formulations, and viral calf-diarrhea prevention technologies. His research portfolio reflects multidisciplinary strength spanning pharmacology, microbiology, immunology, nanotechnology, and veterinary clinical applications. Wang has transferred three research achievements and holds nine invention patents and twenty-six utility model patents as the first inventor, demonstrating strong innovation capacity and translational relevance.
